Dear Barbara,

Johnie Sue and I wish to thank you for the year that Billie (last name withheld) spent at Southern Hospitality Home. We regret that her physical condition became such that her doctors indicated her need for fulll-time, skilled nursing care, thus requiring her move to Westminster Health Care Center.

We so much appreciated your staff, the attention and loving care they provided, and of course, that which we so desired: a home-like, comfortable environment for Billie . . . and the food preparation was excellent! It was so easy to develop a personal friendship with each of those staff members.

Thank you, also, for your personal interest and care relative to Billie’s needs; that and your friendship which, from the first interview, we enjoyed throughout her stay. We will be dropping in from time to time just to maintain that friendship which developed not only with you and the staff members, but with the other residents as well.

You and the staff will always receive a high recommendation from us anytime the opportunity arises.
